Our commitment
Accessibility is a baseline, not a feature. We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we test with real assistive technology — not just automated tools.
Standards we follow
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our design and development target
- The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards
- WAI-ARIA authoring practices for interactive components
The AODA requires many Ontario organisations to meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA on their websites. Building to 2.2 AA meets and exceeds that requirement.
How we build accessibly
- Semantic HTML and a logical heading structure
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1, in light and dark themes
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and diagrams
- Motion that respects your device’s “reduce motion” setting
- Forms with clear labels, instructions and error messages
- Testing with VoiceOver, NVDA and keyboard-only use before launch
This website
This site is designed to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. It follows your system’s light or dark preference (with a toggle in the header), and pauses decorative animation when your device asks for reduced motion.
Known limitations
- Architecture diagrams are illustrative; each is described in text on the same page.
- Screenshots of client websites show third-party content we don’t control.
- Embedded third-party tools may not fully meet our standard; we’ll provide an alternative on request.
For our clients
Every project we deliver includes an accessibility review before launch. Our managed hosting plans include ongoing checks as your content changes, so accessibility doesn’t erode over time.
Feedback and alternative formats
